Taking bookings now for August 2018, please register your interest early.
Alternatively, if you are a group we can organise an expedition for you to suit your diary.
At Canoe Cornwall we offer annual canoe expeditions to the Swedish lakes and rivers. Our next scheduled canoe bushcraft expedition to the Swedish Lakes is now planned for August 2018. It is a 6 night holiday based at Immlen, Sweden and costs £895. Included in the cost are Transfers from Copenhagen, all your food, boats, safety equipment and cooking of your meals. However we do find that many people want to participate in this element as part of the experience. All you have to do is pack as if you were going hiking, then with our resident guides you will be taken to some of the most beautiful and remote parts of the great lakes of Sweden
Next Expedition August 2018
The next canoe and bushcraft expedition in Sweden is planned for August 2018. If you are interested we are taking early-bird bookings right now. If instead you would like to attend the advanced expedition then get onboard today as the 2018 expedition is already filling up.
What’s the itinerary?
All you have to do is get yourself to Copenhagen. We can provide all the transport advice you need, it’s as easy as getting on a plane. You’ll be spending 6 days paddling around three great lakes of southern Sweden, spending nights under canvas and in traditional swedish wooden bunk houses. Meals are cooked the traditional bushcraft way of open fires and barbeques, often with the fish that catch as we travel. Survival skills will be taught as we go and you will come back with memories to last a lifetime.
Families are always welcome however we recommend that children are 10 years old or more. If you would like to discuss this further give us a call and we can meet up. You don’t have to be a canoe paddler, all you need is the desire to be out in the wilds. All bookings are eligible for a free canoe training day before the excursion at our Trelissick Gardens venue.
